Hello, and welcome! My name is Kellie, and I am a disciple of Yeshua, a wife to my husband, Tony, and a mother to our two young girls, of which I homeschool. I am in my early 40s and served in the Active Duty Air Force for 12 years, and the Air Force Reserves for 3.
I separated from Active Duty in 2011, as Abba was leading me to stay home and care for our children as well as learn to fill the role of the woman that He created me to be. I went into the Air Force Reserves in transition, however in 2014 I was led out completely, to fulfil my role at home teaching and raising our girls, and be a support for my husband.
I have lived, and visited in many different countries due to my military service, to include: Turkey, Italy, S. Korea, Japan, Thailand, France, Austria, Germany, Spain, and Kuwait. Both my husband and I were brought back stateside to North Carolina in 2008, however we are now currently living in California.
When coming to CA in 2013 from NC, the Lord gave both my husband and I a heart for those who are homeless, and in such we had started doing outreach. We have provided bibles, food, and clothing. My husband for a time went out every week doing outreach and evangelism going to the “highways and byways” as he says. I share some of our experiences under ‘Personal Stories’.
I believe that we all have gifts and talents from the Father, even when we were still yet sinners. Some are born with the gift of singing and music, I was born with the gift of writing. It has been a passion of mine since a young age, but I lost it for a long time. We can use these gifts and talents to either glorify and magnify the Creator who gave them, or we can use them to further a different agenda. Since coming to faith, and walking in obedience, He has given me other spiritual gifts, of which I can now pour into others, and give back to Him. It is only possible that I can do anything through Him. He gives, and we give back. It is such an honor and blessing to be able to write glorifying my Saviour, King and Creator, Yeshua.
This is why I was led to start this blog, because it was a place that I could provide all the wisdom, knowledge, blessing, and understanding that Yah has given me, and our family; to work from home fulfilling what Yah set forth for me being the proverbs 31 woman, and the cost of what it is to be a true disciple of Yeshua/Jesus. A true Pearl in the Vineyard.
