A Pure Language that Comes from a Pure Heart

Zephaniah 3:9For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.(KJV)

Many have said that the above passage has to do with the restoration of the Hebrew language.  Is this true?  Does this passage have anything to do with Hebrew, or any earthly language? Or does it rather show that this is fulfilled through Messiah and His cleansing blood?  For it is only through a purified heart, that we may call upon Him, in a purified tongue, and serve Him together in Spirit and truth. Tattoos/Piercings: Defilement of the Body/Temple

If you were able to look into a mirror and see your spiritual condition, would you?  If the condition of your heart was revealed would you change?

When a heart is changed and circumcised by the hands of Yeshua/Jesus, then the change will reflect in our actions and our appearance.  We go from darkness to light, a new creation.

Acts 26:18To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me(Yeshua).

Until Shiloh Comes

In a previous blog post I did called “The Law went Forth From Zion“, this closely follows or rather builds upon a lot of the information that I brought up pertaining to our King and Kingdom.  However, this post, will bring in more pertaining to the transfer of the Kingdom with the birth of the Messiah, the rightful heir.

Genesis 49:10The SCEPTER WILL NOT DEPART FROM JUDAH, nor the staff from between his feet, UNTIL SHILOH COMES and the allegiance of the nations is his.

This was a blessing that Jacob gave to his sons, and the passage mentioned is to Judah. The term “Shiloh” is making reference to the coming Messiah Yeshua/Jesus and is translated in the LXX (Septuagint-Greek Translation of Hebrew Bible) as “He for who it is laid up” which is speaking of the proper heir of inheritance, “Of to whom the inheritance belongs”. Judah was also the first-born, which has to do with inheritance. Continue reading “Until Shiloh Comes”

Garments of a Warrior Priest-Feet Shod in Peace

In my continuation on of the “Garments of a Warrior Priest” series, this will directly continue on from my previous, Breastplate of Righteousness, and moving into “feet shod in peace”.

Ephesians 6:14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; (KJV)

Generally, when we think of having our feet shod, it is to be covered, like wearing a sandal or a shoe, or when we think of armor, boots. This is a spiritual and symbolic representation of those who share the gospel of Yeshua/Jesus.  Paul spoke of such in Romans 10:15, of which he was quoting from Isaiah 52:7, speaking of the fulfillment of that passage through the disciples going forth and sharing the death, burial and resurrection of Yeshua. As well as being administrators of the New Covenant (2 Cor 3:6). Continue reading “Garments of a Warrior Priest-Feet Shod in Peace”

Garments of a Warrior Priest-The Breastplate of Righteousness

Normally when you think of the breastplate of righteousness(Ephesians 6:14), your mind would probably envision a warrior breastplate, with strong impregnable iron, or chain mail.  While, indeed as a warrior, this kind of breastplate would be more suitable in battle, and often what we think of as a spiritual representation of the breastplate, to guard our heart from the enemy.

However, I would like to bring up the other breastplate of righteousness that is worn, also called the breastplate of judgement: Continue reading “Garments of a Warrior Priest-The Breastplate of Righteousness”

The Law Went Forth From Zion

Micah 4:1But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD(YHWH) shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. 2And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD(YHWH), and to the house of the God of Jacob; and HE WILL TEACH US HIS WAYS, AND WE WILL WALK IN HIS PATHS; FOR THE LAW SHALL GO FORTH OF ZION, AND THE WORD OF THE LORD(YHWH) FROM JERUSALEM.(KJV)

The law went forth from Jerusalem when the Spirit was poured out on Pentecost, and as we draw near Mt.Zion, heavenly Jerusalem, we are taught His ways through His Spirit. Continue reading “The Law Went Forth From Zion”

What’s in a parable? Hidden Treasure, that’s for sure.

As the Feast of Passover comes near, and a study that I will save for a different post, I came across a little nugget of treasure that blew my mind. I sat in awe for sometime, and the reverent fear of YHWH(LORD) came over me. Let me take you on this little journey with me, and it is okay if your jaw hits the floor. Mine sure did!

So, I will begin with the parable of the Wedding Feast in Matthew 22: Continue reading “What’s in a parable? Hidden Treasure, that’s for sure.”

A Tale of the 2 Covenants/2 Israels (Part 2)

A Tale of the 2 Covenants/2 Israels (Part 2)

If you would like to go to Part 1, click here.

The Old Covenant was a type/shadow to lead to Yeshua our Mediator, His Body as the Temple, His Perfect Sacrifice, and an eternal inheritance.  In order for the Second Covenant (Issac/Spirit) to properly inherit, then the First Covenant (Ishmael/Flesh) had to be cast out. This is why the Flesh is nailed to the Cross. Partaking in the Bread of Defilement

Gen 3: 6And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, and she took of its fruit and ate. And she also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

Many, while believing that the food they are partaking in is good and seems pleasant to the eyes, is actually instead rotten to the core and infested with the eggs of flies. Those who are wise in their own eyes, and seek after gnosis (‘knowledge’), free-fully and willfully bite off more than they can chew, as the food they lust after fulfills the hunger within them. They in turn will be led down a path of destruction: Continue reading “Partaking in the Bread of Defilement”
